Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
Orders are delivered within 48 hours (ITALY).
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. will be shipped the next day (ITALY).
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (ITALY).
In EU Countries orders are delivered within 5-7 days.
In the US and non-EU Countries expected delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
> From ITALY: Free product exchange on full-price item and € 5 on products on sale.
> From EU: We'll collect your product/s, afterwards we will re-ship the new size and ask for €8 shipping cost via payment link / €12 on products on sale.
> REST OF THE WORLD: We'll ask for € 20/30 for shipping costs, collect your product and re-ship the new size.
Our shoes have a regular fit. Therefore, we recommend to buy the size you usually wear and, if you are undecided between two, the larger one. In any case, you can always return your shoes and request a size change. Check our return/exchange policy for more information.
